Atea Praha deals with development and design technologies for processing biomass (straw, wood chips, waste, etc.) into biofuels in pellets form.
In 2011, we prepared the technology of 3rd generation, which in its design reflects the level of experience of all operators of the LSP-1800 lines for the last 10 years.
All machinery is designed and developed by Atea Prague Praha.
PELETIZING LINE LSP1800 (*LSP1800-2G)
is intended to produce pellets from culm, which serves as a source of heat in burning home furnaces or industrial heating plants. Lines processes pressed culm packages in square form of maximum lateral cross-section of 1200 x 1200mm, and round bales of 1200 mm in diameter with a density of 150 kg.m-3. The technology can be complted with the hopper for plant waste processing.
The line produces economical and environmentally friendly fuel in the form of pellets from plant materials, particularly wheat, and rape straw and phytomass waste. Pellets produced in this unit correspond to DIN CEN / TS 14961. In case processing plant-based cleaning residues significantly increases performance of line. Hourly output ranges from 1000-1600 kg depending on the type and quality of the raw material. The straw with moisture above 16% significantly decreases the line performance. Thanks to aspiration system is in near environment minimum dust level corresponding to standards and recommendations. Declared a time-averaged emission level of acustic pressure, measured in workplace LpAeq, T = (64 +4) dB (measured according to ISO 11201, the operation mode, the production of pellets).
Modernised, reconstructed granulator designed for shaping biofuels based on straw, with an engine 70 or 90 kW. Classical matrix was replaced by a flat ring of width 140 millimeters, which is placed into the carrier ring, which absorbs the dynamic stress. This allows a use of materials of a ring with a much longer life, and easy replacement of wear. It does not change the geometry of the holes in the ring, so the pellets retain their quality and size. Granulator is equipped with a level sensor.
This machine is designed for transporting and separating standard bales of culm in rectangular cross-section to 1200 x 1200 mm and round bales in the 1200 mm diameter with a density of 150 kg.m-3.
BALE CONVEYOR consist of feed conveyor and compensation conveyor with independent variable feed rate. It is possible to remove the gap between the packages caused by incorrect manipulator input of packages. Feed rate of packages on the feeder table is in the range of 2.5 to 25 cm/min and is controlled by a frequency converter. Feed is provided by electric engines of performance 2 x 0.25 kW.
BALE SEPARATOR In separator are two cylinders and screw that carries material from the separator to crusher. Electric power is 7.5 kW and 3 kW.
Culm and chips crusher with integrated set of shear type GRANOFYT is a device designed to process raw materials grinding and cutting. It is a stationary device that is powered by an electric motor of performance of 30 kW with a throughput of 2000 kg/h with humidity of raw material upto 16%. It can also handle materials with higher humidity, but with reduced throughput. The material is usually transported to a shredder screw conveyor. Rotary crusher crushes the material to the particle length of 10-40 mm according to the selected sieve. Crushed material is then transported by screw conveyor driven by an electric motor of power 0.75 kW for further processing.
The device is connected directly to the granulator by sorting slide. It serves to collect pellets in order to cool it down by aspiration, simultaneously its transport and separation from shattering. Pellets remain in the cooling conveyor about fifteen minutes, where are transported by a sliding belt. In bottom is a screw conveyor that transport shattering away from the cooling conveyor.
